They are not synthesized in the required quantities in the human body and are very necessary to complete a healthy diet.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Omega-3 PUFA is one of the basic elements for human health, youth and beauty. They affect the body\u2019s metabolism, including one at the cellular level. They protect cells from premature aging, help to preserve their genetic information and regulate fat metabolism.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The most important and well-known fatty acids are eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). However, general recommendations for adults are often around 250-500 mg per day. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For a more accurate daily dose of omega-3 fatty acids, it is recommended to consult a physician or nutritionist. They may assess your health and needs individually to determine the optimal dosage of omega-3 for you. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Omega-3 fatty acids can be taken as a dietary supplement or with food rich in these fatty acids. Here are some ways to consume omega-3: <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dietary supplements: omega-3 supplements are available in the liquid form, capsules or chewing tablets. Please, follow the instruction on the package to determine the correct dose. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fish oil: fish oil is one of the most common sources of omega-3.
